We offer 12 classes per week in the style of Asthanga, Vinyasa Flow, Anusara Influenced, Begginers and Prenatal Yoga. Also integral to our studio are the Yoga Teacher Trainings, Vedic Astrology Consultations, Retreats to the Sacred Valley and Natural Childbirth Education.

What is Yoga Inbound? The word INBOUND means "going within". It is to remind us to direct our mind and energy inwardly to find satisfaction and happiness.
The great variety of community outreach programs include education in Vedic Philosophy, Yoga Asana practice and Spiritual Retreat Centers to Ecological and Organic Farming, Vegetarianism, Ayurveda and Natural Health. Yoga Inbound has many affiliated centers in South America, Mexico, Europe and India.
